                                                        Okay, so I finally got something going here. Here's how things look this week...

                                                        1) On Tuesday, we'll spend the first part of the class in the computer lab (306). You'll be taking at look at the concepts of renting vs. buying, especially in relation to apartments vs. homes.Your job is read the articles, extracting 10 pieces of information from each. Also, you'll be completing a pair of charts, "Advantages and Disadvantages of Owning and Renting" and Types of Financing."

                                                        2) Wednesday, we'll be examining the "Government Regulation of Credit." It's a short lecture and should be finished well within the shortened class period. You can find the notes below.

                                                        3) Friday, we'll be in the lab all period. Since very few of you actually accomplished the task of creating a spending log, I've decided to make that the extra credit and reinstate the original budgeting project I was going to give you. You will get the details Friday.


                                                        Note: The Unit 2 test of Consumerism, Debt and Credit will be next Tuesday.
