Tuesday:

Read Patrick Henry's "Speech to the Virginia Convention," p. 79 in textbook, and answer questions 1-5, 7, 8. This is due in class today.
Wednesday:
Vocabulary quiz / new vocabulary -- expect questions covering direct objects, indirect objects, predicate nominatives, predicate adjectives, and the four sentence classifications.
Thursday:
QUIZ: review DO, IO, PN, and PA;
Assign: due tomorrow: "from The Interesting Narrative of the Life...," "Phillis Wheatley," and "Honoring African Heritage," starting at p. 51, and answer questions 1-9.
Friday:
All School Picture -- not sure if we will be meeting.
