In particular in chapter 7 (and a few other times as well), Holden says he feels "lonesome” on several occasions. Look where he says this. What other feelings does Holden frequently express? Explain how his circumstances and his family issues have created these feelings. Explain also why Holden says he is lonesome, when he is surrounded by classmates and isn't anxious to go home to his family.
Due today -- should be 3/4 - 1 page in length.
